These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WatchCompared website located at watchcompared.com (the "Service"), operated by WatchCompared ("we," "us," or "our"). WatchCompared is a watch comparison and price tracking platform. Our Service allows you to:

• Compare specifications, features, and prices of watches
• Track price changes over time from third-party retail sources
• Browse curated watch information including images, specifications, and editorial content

• Submit user-generated content such as watch images and watch data submissions

WatchCompared does not sell watches directly. All purchases are completed through third-party retailers, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and those retailers.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

As an Amazon Associate, WatchCompared earns from qualifying purchases. As a member of the eBay Partner Network, we earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through our referral links. These affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, watch comparisons, or rankings. However, affiliate links may be present throughout the Service, and we encourage you to make independent purchasing decisions.

4. User-Generated Content

The Service may allow you to submit content, including but not limited to watch images, watch data submissions, reviews, and other materials (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content to the Service, you:

• Acknowledge that WatchCompared may, but is not obligated to, review, moderate, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content, subject to the license granted above.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WatchCompared and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, trade names, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Watch brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. WatchCompared is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any watch manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, WatchCompared does not warrant that:

• Prices displayed on the Service are accurate, complete, or current — all pricing information is provided for informational purposes only and is sourced from third-party retailers and data providers
• Watch specifications, descriptions, or other product information are free from errors or omissions
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any product listed on the Service will be available for purchase at the price shown or at all

You acknowledge that prices shown on WatchCompared are sourced from third-party APIs and retail platforms, may be delayed, and should be verified on the retailer's website before making any purchasing decision. WatchCompared is not responsible for pricing errors, inaccuracies, or discrepancies between prices displayed on our Service and actual retail prices.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WATCHCOMPARED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located within the United States. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, such as by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to the address associated with your account.
